AquaMaster Herbicide
Replaces Roundup Custom Aquatic Terrestrial Herbicide
AquaMaster Herbicide is a non-selective herbicide, post-emergent, formulated for effective control of a wide range of annual and perennial weeds, woody brush, and trees in various aquatic and non-crop environments. Its active ingredient, glyphosate in the form of isopropylamine salt, ensures thorough elimination of unwanted vegetation.
Key Features:
- Active Ingredient: Glyphosate, isopropylamine salt (53.8%)
- Formulation: Viscous liquid
- EPA Registration Number: 524-343
- Signal Word: Caution
Applications:
- Aquatic Sites: Effective in controlling emerged weeds in bodies of fresh and brackish water such as lakes, rivers, streams, ponds, estuaries, irrigation and drainage ditches, canals, reservoirs, and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Non-Crop Areas: Suitable for terrestrial non-crop sites including industrial sites, rights-of-way, wildlife habitat restoration areas, and other similar locations.
Usage Guidelines:
- Application Rates: For broadcast applications, apply 3 to 3.75 quarts per acre with an appropriate surfactant system. For spot treatments, a 2.0% v/v spray-to-wet solution with 0.5 to 2.0% v/v nonionic surfactant is recommended.
- Surfactant Use: The addition of a nonionic surfactant enhances effectiveness.
- Water Use Restrictions: No restrictions on the use of treated water for irrigation, recreation, or domestic purposes. Consult local authorities before application to public waters, as permits may be required.
Safety and Handling:
- Protective Measures: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use personal protective equipment as recommended.
- Environmental Precautions: Minimize drift to non-target areas. Do not apply directly to water within 0.5 miles upstream of active potable water intakes in flowing water or within 0.5 miles of active potable water intakes in standing water bodies unless the water intake is turned off for a minimum of 48 hours after application.
- Storage: Store in original container in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children and away from food, drink, and animal feed.
Note:
Always read and follow the label instructions before using AquaMaster Herbicide to ensure safe and effective application.

Application
As a post-emergent herbicide, it is effective when the target weed has emerged (preferably when they are relatively small for best results ). It must come in contact with the vegetation and requires a non-ionic surfactant to spread over the foliage well.
Treat most weeds with 1 to 2 ounces of Roundup Custom per gallon of water. Add 0.75 to 1 ounce of a non-ionic surfactant (such as Alligare 90) per finished gallon. See the full product label for complete mixture instructions.
