Essentria Mosquito & Tick Concentrate, a FIFRA 25b insecticide made from essential oils, has been specially created to target and eliminate mosquitoes and ticks. This potent formula surpasses the standards for effectiveness and formulation outlined by the APPCO, the 25b work group endorsed by the EPA. With the ability to kill and repel mosquitoes for up to two weeks, Essentria Mosquito & Tick Concentrate is also highly effective at killing ticks. The water-based formula is compatible with automated spraying systems, fogging systems, and mist blowers.

Essential Oils-Botanical Pest Control

Plant-based essential oils have served as effective tools for managing and warding off insects for centuries. Essentria Mosquito & Tick Concentrate features active ingredients derived from botanical sources such as geraniol, clove, and cornmint. Indoor Use

Apply this botanical insecticide to areas where mosquitoes may rest such as homes, apartments, restaurants, food processing facilities, carports, sheds, shelters, canopies, garages, schools, commercial buildings, warehouses, public spaces/venues, barns, boat houses, dairy facilities, drains and sewers, greenhouses, hog barns, kennels, lathe houses, livestock facilities, loading docks, mink farms, poultry houses, schools, stables, and zoos. However, it should not be used for aquatic purposes or directly applied to water.

Outdoor Use

Use Essentria Mosquito & Tick for outdoor pest control, including ants, cockroaches, crickets, pill bugs, silverfish, sowbugs, and spiders. Mix the solution with water at 1 to 8 fluid ounces per gallon. The lower rate is recommended for maintenance, while higher rates are best for active infestations.

Apply the solution using sprayers, using 2 gallons per 1,000 square feet until the area is thoroughly wet. For buildings, apply a band of solution around a 6 to 10-foot-wide area of soil and vegetation adjacent to the structure. Cover the building foundation to a height of 2 to 3 feet with enough water for proper coverage. Focus on spraying areas where pest species congregate, such as waste receptacles, dumpsters, and food-handling establishments.

Apply the solution around potential entry points, including eaves, windows, doorways, porches, porch lights, and utility boxes.
