FORMUS All Weather Blox (18 lbs)
Formus Blox with 0.0025% Brodifacoum is half the percentage of a rodenticide like Final Blox (0.50% brodifacoum). Even though it has half the concentrate levels, this single feed bait will kill rodents in as little time as 4-5 days after ingestion.
Advantages of Formus All-Weather Blox
- Formus has a lower risk of secondary poisoning and a risk to non-targeted animals. We still suggest, however the use of tamper resistant rodent bait stations. Formus is also an improved brodifacoum formulation. It resists melting up to 170 degrees F and its newer and advanced preservation system reduces mildew and mold on the 15g blox.
- Each 15g blox is 1 in. x 1 in. x 1 in. which easily fits in both mice and rat size rodent bait stations.
- The smaller size permits smaller bait placements in more locations for better mouse control.

- Inspect: Determine areas of rodent activity by inspection. Look for places such as corners, hiding places, along walls and gnaw marks.
- Mice: Using 1 block per placement, space placement 8-12 feet apart in areas of infestation. If there is a high mice population, use 2 blocks per placement. Replenish the bait as they eat if for 15 days or until mice activity has ceased.
- Rats: Using 7-30 blocks per placement, space placement 15-30 feet apart in areas of infestation. If there is a high rat population, use 30 blocks per placement. Replenish the bait as they eat if for 10 days or until rat activity has ceased.
- Sewers: Formus All Weather Bait may be threaded with wire and hung into a sewer above the high water mark. It can also be secured to a stationary object below.
- Follow Up: Dispose of all dead and exposed animals with gloves. Dispose of contaminated bait or spoiled bait using gloves.
- Prevent Reinfestation by limiting possible food, water or harborage sources. If a rodent population is ongoing, use rodent bait stations as a permanent placement.

- Can only be applied within 100 feet of man-made structures constructed to control house mice, roof rats and Norway rats.
- Baiting the fence line or baiting the perimeter beyond 100 ft of the man-made structure is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to apply directly to food or feed crops.
- May not place Formus ijn burrows.
- Do not place near or inside ventilation duct openings.
- Do not contaminate food, water, food, feedstuffs, feed or food handling equipment, or milk or meat handling equipment or surfaces that come into direct contact with food.
- When used in USDA inspected facilities, this product must be applied in tamper-resistant bait stations. Do not broadcast bait.
