Product Information
Gentrol Point Source Roach Control Discs are professional insect growth regulator (IGR) devices that stop cockroach infestations by preventing immature roaches from becoming breeding adults. Each disc treats up to 75 square feet and lasts up to 90 days, making Gentrol Point Source ideal for German cockroach control in kitchens, cabinets, apartments, and other indoor areas.

Unlike sprays that only kill visible insects, Gentrol Point Source works behind the scenes to control future generations.
For faster results, it may be used with EPA-approved products that kill roaches and stored product pests, including red flour beetles, confused flour beetles, and merchant grain beetles.
When conventional insecticides do not provide complete elimination, Gentrol Point Source helps prevent surviving pests from re-establishing the population.

Roaches and stored product pests do not have to come into direct contact with Gentrol Point Source to be affected.

- Do not activate the device until ready to use
- Press firmly on the pouch located on the side of the device until a snapping sound is heard
- Once activated, the device is ready to place and may be positioned in any direction
- Place in areas where roach or stored product pest activity has been observed
- Common placement sites include cabinets, closets, pantries, drawers, refuse areas, electrical boxes, equipment, false ceilings, doors, pipe chases, windows, HVAC ducts, refrigerators, and wall voids
- Use additional devices in heavy infestations
Important: Clean the surface before placement to ensure proper adhesion. Use tape strips as needed. For vertical placement, remove the paper backing to expose the sticky surface and press the device firmly in place.
Replace all devices every 3 months for continued effectiveness.

Serving areas are also considered food areas. Devices may also be placed in non-food areas such as garbage rooms, lavatories, offices, lockers, mechanical rooms, closets, and general storage areas. Do not place devices within 3 feet of food handling or food preparation surfaces. Gentrol Point Source is especially useful where sprays or foggers are not appropriate or where bait effectiveness may be reduced due to competing food sources. |
