Hyvar X-L IVM Herbicide with 21.9% Bromacil is a non-selective and bare-ground herbicide. Use this herbicide for non-crop industrial sites and uncultivated agricultural areas (see label). It s a long-lasting residual that proves tough on problematic listed annual and perennial weeds. These include Common Ragweed, Crabgrass, Downy Brome, Italian Ryegrass, Foxtails, Puncture Vine, Bahiagrass, Bermudagrass, Bluegrass, Wild Carrot, Goldenrod, Johnsongrass, Nutsedge, Plantain, Quackgrass, Smooth Brome and more listed weeds.

How Hyvar X-L IVM works
It is a photosynthesis inhibitor that primarily works through root uptake. It works best when applied before weed emergence; it has limited activity on weeds and grasses that have emerged. You can tank mix it with 2,4-D, Dicamba 4, Imazpyre 4 SL, and other listed herbicides.
Hyvar X-L IVM definitively needs adequate moisture to be incorporated into the soil.

| Additional Info | USE RESTRICTIONS - STATE OF FLORIDA In the state of Florida the use of Hyvar X-L IVM Herbicide (bromacil) is prohibited in the counties of Hardee, Highland, Polk, Orange and Lake. For Non-Agricultural Usage in all other areas of the state, do not apply more than 3.2 gallons per acre per year of Hyvar X-L IVM Herbicide. This amount corresponds to 6.4 pounds of bromacil, the active ingredient in Hyvar X-L IVM Herbicide.
