Jecta Diffusible Boracide is a ready to use borate that you inject in wood that acts as an insecticide or termiticide. It will protect wood from termites, powderpost beetles, carpenter ants, wood destroying beetles, and decay fungi with a high concentrate of 40% active disodium octaborate tetrahydrate.
It is designed to hard-to-reach wood or sealed wood, particularly when Bora Care is not feasible or practical. Jecta provides a long lasting residue in treated wood. It is formulated in a patented carrier material that promotes rapid penetration in wood. Jecta will penetrate wood that has been painted, varnished or sealed.
Bora Care In A Gel Form
Jecta Gel has the effectiveness of Bocare in a gel form. It can be used with Tim-bor or Bora Care treatments and is perfect for small locations like furniture, window frames, fence posts, door frames, ect.
Jecta will penetrate any wood regardless of moisture content. Jecta is designed and is very effective in treating unsealed or sealed wood that remains moist such as flooring, door framing, window framing, pilings, garages, porches, attics, roofs, log construction, railroad ties, ect or wood that has contact with the ground.
- It comes in a ready-to-use convenient caulking tube for targeted product direct into infested wood.
