For fast room turnarounds, pre-clean first, then treat high-touch points (handles, switches, and railings) last so they remain wet for at least 10 minutes.
Mildewstatic: 1.25 fl oz/gal (reapply about every 7 days)
Apply: Thoroughly wet hard, non-porous surfaces with cloth, sponge, mop, foamer, or sprayer. Keep surfaces visibly wet for the full contact time; re-wet if needed.
Rinse: On surfaces that may contact food, rinse with potable water after treatment. Not for use on dishes, utensils, or glassware.
Safety: Wear appropriate PPE. Do not use on people or animals. Avoid breathing spray or mists.
Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (e.g., Staphylococcus, Salmonella, Pseudomonas) on hard, non-porous surfaces.
