Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date you receive it. Returned items must be in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc (unless the product is defective or damaged).

There are two exceptions for unopened and unused products returns :

  • Live animal traps and cages can not be returned.
  • Bedbug mattress, box spring, furniture encasements, bedbug mattress liners, and bedbug inspection suits can not be returned. Please measure your bed or furniture carefully before purchasing these items.
  • Please email if you have any questions on these exceptions.

Details

  • Refunds on free standard shipping options: We provide a full refund, less any outgoing shipping cost on all standard free shipping orders. Please email or call 1-800-476-3368 #7109 Lisa Martin for any questions on outbound shipping costs. Please include your order number.

  • Refunds on upgraded shipping options: (Ground, 3-Business Day Select, 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day Air) shipping method costs will not be refunded on returned orders. There will be no refunds for exceptions to timely delivery, such as weather conditions, holidays, or wrong shipping addresses.
  • See Shipping Methods for any exceptions to timely shipments that would void any refunds.
  • If an order is refused or undeliverable, any shipping fees (what UPS charges for a return) and the outbound shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the order.

  • Reward Points from the refunded items will be forfeited.

Return Instructions

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have a copy of this, you can print a copy of your order confirmation email or write your order number, name, and contact information on a piece of paper to include with your return. Returns cannot be processed without the order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to our facility. We recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail), so you can track your shipment back to us.

Typical Timeline

  • 2-7 business days: Shipping time for your package to get to our Suwanee, GA location.
  • 2-5 busines days: Inspection and processing your return back into inventory and initiating a refund on your original method of payment (Visa, PayPal, etc).
  • 2-10 business days: Processing time for your financial institution to post your credit back to your account.

Damaged Goods

  • Any item(s) damaged during transit are not a part of this return policy if notified within 7 days from the day you receive it. Please contact us immediately for correction.
