The Do-It-Yourself Pest Control Reward Points Program lets you to earn points that work like credit toward future purchases.

Benefits of Reward Points (Registered Customers)

As a registered member of our website you are eligible to earn and accrue reward points. Reward Points are redeemable at time of purchase toward the cost of your order.

Earning Reward Points

You Earn Rewards when you:

Make purchases — Every time you make a purchase, points are automatically awarded to your account based on the cost of goods.

What are points worth?

Each $1.00 in purchases = 10 Reward Points.

Example: $100.00 in purchases equal 1000 points.

1000 points = $2.00 credit

(Each 10 Reward Points = $.02 of credit toward purchases in our store.)

Redeeming Reward Points

You can redeem reward points at checkout anytime your points balance is 500 points or greater. When eligible, an option appears to redeem your points while selecting a payment method during checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as Credit Cards and PayPal.

Reward Points Minimum

Your point balance must be greater than 500 reward points to redeem toward a purchase.

Managing Reward Points

You can manage your points through Customer Account once logged into the site. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed, and lost. The history record retains comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

Reward Points Expiration

Reward points expire after a period of 1 year from the date of the points accrual. If you have made multiple purchases, the points from the individual purchases expire separately.

Duration, Modification and Termination of the Program

Do-It-Yourself Pest Control reserves the right to suspend or modify the Program, at its discretion, at any time with or without notice. Termination, modification or suspension may affect a Participant's ability to earn Points or redeem accumulated Points. A Participant's continued participation in the Program constitutes their acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

No Cash Value or Transferability

Points do not have cash value, are not property, and do not grant Participants any vested rights or interests. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or assigned for any reason. Specifically, Points are non-transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, between separate Rewards Accounts held by the same Participant, or by operation of law. The sale or transfer of Points is strictly prohibited. Points may not be sold or transferred on any secondary market; any such transfer will be considered void. If the Program is canceled, any remaining Points in a Participant’s Rewards Account will be forfeited without compensation. Points cannot be carried over or transferred to other Do-It-Yourself Pest Control programs, unless Do-It-Yourself Pest Control decides otherwise at its sole and absolute discretion.

Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.
