Two Shipping Warehouses 

We have two shipping warehouses ( located in Georgia and Arizona ) to accommodate shipping across the USA. In most cases, you receive your order in 3-5 business days after the order is placed when choosing standard free shipping. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday, and weekends do not count as "shipping days". All packages are insured against loss or damage, no extra charges.

Standard Free Shipping Methods - UPS and USPS

  •  All standard shipping is free within the USA, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Bahamas or APO shipping addresses.
  • All standard free shipping will be processed through either USPS mail or UPS ground (free shipping methods are determined by our lowest shipping cost ).
  • Valid Shipping Address : Please provide a shipping address that is valid for both UPS and USPS, to ensure timely processing.
  • If you require a specific shipping method, please give us a call (extra charges may apply).

Want Faster Delivery than Free Standard?

We offer expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) as an extra cost for those who need their items within a shorter time frame. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday, and weekends do not count as "shipping days". At this time, UPS is not guaranteeing these expedited shipments, so we can not guarantee them as well. We also offer Ground UPS option at an extra cost (giving you faster processing time).
* All expedited shipping options on orders need to be placed before 1:00 PM, ET for same-day processing.

  • Refunds on Upgraded Shipping Options: (Ground, 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day Air) shipping method costs will not be refunded on returned orders.
  • There will be no refunds for exceptions to timely delivery, such as weather conditions, holidays, or wrong shipping addresses.

Exceptions To Timely Processing and Delivery

  • We verify all addresses. The order must have the correct street address including suite or apt. # to ensure accurate delivery. Please use a shipping address where both the post office and UPS can deliver. We use both shipping methods.
  • PO Boxes as a shipping address, may delay shipment if we need a street address.
  • Severe weather conditions may cause a delay.
  • UPS and USPS both observe holidays throughout the year.
  • If there is a backorder on a product (you will be notified).

Special State Restrictions

Some US states exceed National EPA restrictions through state regulations on pesticide products. These states have laws that restrict us from shipping certain products to that state. We have noted these states with the restricted products in compliance with State Regulations on the product pages. Most notably affected states are California, New York and Connecticut.

Can I cancel an order?

In many cases, orders cannot be canceled once an order has started its process. Please give us a call at 1-800-476-3368 (Mon-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET). We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Wrong Address Charges

Please check your address carefully before your final submission of your order online. 

There will be an extra charge to locate the package for delivery if there is an incorrect address. We do verify zip codes and will attempt to contact you if the address is in question to avoid such charges. However if there is an incorrect shipping address submitted online and our shipping carrier charges us, we will need to pass the charge along.

If you do enter an incorrect address and it is accidentally sent to another location and cannot be recovered you will be charged the full order price if you wish to replace the order.

If any of the items you ordered are not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified by email including the estimated release date.

Please note: Aerosol products and some live traps can only be shipped via GROUND service.

Some of the pesticides are not registered for use in Canada, therefore we restrict all importation of pesticides into Canada from our store.
