Two Shipping Locations

DIY Pest Control ships from two locations in Georgia and Arizona to provide fast, reliable delivery nationwide.

We’re sorry, but at this time, we do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories and/or to APO/FPO addresses.

Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Weekend delivery is not available, and weekends are not counted as shipping days. All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost.

Free Standard Shipping with UPS or USPS!

• Free standard shipping is available in the lower 48 states only.
• Free shipping orders are shipped using the fastest standard delivery option for your area.
• Address requirements: Make sure your address can receive deliveries from UPS and/or USPS.
• If you need a specific carrier or shipping service, please contact us before ordering. Additional charges may apply.

Want Faster Delivery?

We offer expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select for an additional cost.

• Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Order Cutoff: All expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM ET for same-day processing.
• Delivery Guarantees: UPS is not currently guaranteeing expedited delivery times, so arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
• Shipping Restrictions: Aerosol products ship by ground only and cannot be sent by air due to shipping regulations.

Special State Restrictions

Some products we sell are subject to additional state regulations and may have shipping or use restrictions beyond Federal EPA requirements. These restrictions can apply to certain insecticides, rodenticides, aerosols, concentrates, and professional-use products.

Any state-specific purchase limitations or use restrictions will be noted on the product page. While we work to keep this information current and accurate, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that a product can be purchased and used in their state.

Address Corrections and Wrong Address Charges

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

• Address change fee: Once an order has been shipped, any request to change or correct the address is subject to a $15 carrier correction fee.
• If a carrier charges additional fees due to an incorrect or incomplete address, those charges, along with the $15 carrier correction fee, will be passed on to you.
• If an incorrect address results in delivery to a location where the package cannot be recovered, a full reorder may be required at your expense.

• Shipping charges for any upgraded delivery services are non-refundable if an order is returned.

Delivery delays

• Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier holidays, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
• Please review the shipping and processing exceptions below for additional details.

Shipping and Processing Exceptions

• All shipping addresses are verified. Incomplete or incorrect addresses, including missing apartment or suite numbers, may delay processing or delivery.
• Addresses must be deliverable by both USPS and UPS. PO Boxes may cause delays when a street address is required.
• Delivery timelines may be impacted by severe weather conditions or carrier-observed holidays.
• If an item is on backorder, we will notify you by email with the estimated ship date.

Can I Cancel an Order?

Once processing has begun, an order can not be canceled. Call 1-800-476-3368 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET), and we will assist if possible.

Damage or Loss Claims

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Shipping Claims or call 1-800-476-3368 so we can assist with a replacement.
