This is a really nice sprayer. With the SS cylinder, wand, and the pickup tube it really looks good to me. It also has a larger opening to put your chemicals into the sprayer.

Airofog Airo-Pro 1 Gallon Sprayer CC, made of superior stainless steel and brass, certainly puts the B&G professional stainless steel sprayers a run for their money.

This 1-gallon sprayer comes with a choice of a 9 inch or 18-inch wand and a crack and crevice tip with straw. The one-gallon pump produces 60 psi.

Airofog Airo Pro 1 Gallon Stainless Steel Sprayers ( both wand sizes ) include one pump cylinder repair kit and one valve assembly repair kit for your convenience.

The Stainless Steel Component

The quality of Airofog's stainless steel (AISI) 304 exceeds the competitors of professional stainless steel use of AISI 303. This higher quality high-grade stainless steel not only is corrosion-resistant but supports less pitting and indentation, capable of higher pressure stress.

Teflon and Viton

Any part that touches liquid is manufactured from chemical-resistant Teflon or Viton

Pressure Gauge

Included with this sprayer is a pressure gauge. Made of scratch-proof glass, it accurately controls and monitors spraying operations. Using this included pressure gauge adds safety concerns for both the operator and environment.

Application

Proper Care - After Every Use

    • Empty tank of fluids
    • Drain the lance and hose
    • Inspect for wear on all gaskets and hoses
    • If parts are worn, replace them.

Pump & trigger valve maintenance

    • Grease 0-ring and trigger valve every 90 days
    • Use marine or automotive grease to lightly grease threads on the inside of the filler cap
    • Check valve at the bottom of the pump cylinder for any fit issues or wear issues
    • Replace the valve if liquid is leaking into the pump

  • Keep out reach of children
  • Before use, check condition and proper function of the sprayer
  • Only pump up and down and maintain sprayer in an upright position or a vertically hanging position
  • Do not leave insecticide filled sprayer out in direct sunlight 
  • Note wind direction when in use to avoid spraying in areas that arent supposed to be treated and yourself
  • Never spray into electrical outlets or cable boxes 
  • When using metal extension close to electrical equipment, pay attention to avoid electric shock
  • Do not operate a sprayer that has visible wear on parts 
  • Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling dangerous substances 
  • Application of insecticides should follow manufacturer recommendations and must be in compliance with local regulations in regards to the application of pesticides.

  • When unscrewing cap, never point the lance at others or yourself
  • Never blow through clogged nozzles or valves with your mouth
  • Before repair and maintenance, drain insecticide and release all pressure from sprayer
  • Always replace damaged, or malfunctioning parts
