Application
Pre-application Directions
Apply in the early evening with a greenhouse temperature 60° - 80°F and dry foliage for best results. The can should be at room temperature.
Turn off pilot lights and other open flames as well as any running electrical appliances that cycle off and on. Shut off all exhaust fans as well as close all doors, ventilators and windows. Shut down all HAF fans just before activating cans. HAF fans should remain off for a minimum of three hours or all night.
Set up a plant-free zone (about 3 ft) in which to place your canister or canisters. Elevate the can to go over the tops of the plants; many people place the can on a stool to elevate it. Position the Beethoven TR cans evenly with uninhibited release throughout the desired treatment area.
If you are treating hanging baskets, use an empty hanging basket and elevate it higher than the hanging basket that you want to be treated. Limit horizontal air flow to optimize performance.
To treat hanging baskets, an empty basket can be used to hold the canister and elevate it to the hanging basket level. Low volume horizontal air flow may help optimize performance.
