Application
To prevent the growth of Crabgrass, Sedge, Spotted Spurge, and Paspalum, apply this treatment in January, February, or March before these weeds germinate. Once these weeds are visible in the lawn, they cannot be controlled by this application.
For Winter weeds such as Henbit, Chickweed, Rabbit Tobacco, and Evening Primrose, apply in the Fall to prevent their growth. To target and eliminate other listed weeds, apply whenever weeds are present and actively growing. If necessary, repeat the treatment after two months.
To ensure effective application, water the soil thoroughly one day before treatment. Distribute the product evenly across the entire lawn, and immediately rinse any residue off the grass blades with water. Avoid applying under the branch spread (root zone) of trees and shrubs in areas with compact or slowly draining soils, particularly in the Dallas/Ft. Worth region.
Avoid using this treatment on Centipede or Carpetgrass lawns during Winter dormancy (approximately October 15 to March 15), except in Florida, where different conditions may apply.
