Product Information
Inzecto Mosquito Trap
The Inzecto Mosquito Trap offers an effective and environmentally friendly solution for controlling mosquito populations. Designed for outdoor use, this innovative trap targets and eliminates mosquitoes without the need for frequent maintenance.
Key Features:
Long-Lasting Protection: Each trap remains effective for up to 90 days, providing continuous mosquito control throughout the season.
Eco-Friendly Design: Utilizes a combination of visual cues and a minimal amount of insecticide to attract and eliminate mosquitoes, reducing the need for widespread chemical spraying.
User-Friendly Installation: Simply place the trap in shaded, mosquito-prone areas around your property. No electricity or batteries required.
Safe for Non-Target Species: Specifically designed to target mosquitoes, minimizing impact on beneficial insects like bees and butterflies.
How It Works:
The Inzecto Mosquito Trap attracts mosquitoes using visual cues and a small amount of insecticide embedded within the trap's surface. When mosquitoes land on the trap, they come into contact with the insecticide, leading to their elimination. This method effectively reduces mosquito populations in the surrounding area.
Usage Recommendations:
Place traps in shaded, humid areas where mosquitoes are likely to breed and rest.
For optimal coverage, use multiple traps spaced evenly around the perimeter of your outdoor space.
Replace traps every 90 days to maintain effectiveness.
By integrating the Inzecto Mosquito Trap into your pest control strategy, you can enjoy outdoor activities with fewer interruptions from mosquitoes, all while employing an eco-conscious approach.
How Inzecto Mosquito Traps Work
The patented coating on these traps contains both an insecticide and an insect growth regulator. The dual-mode action kills both mosquitoes and their larvae on contact. The insecticide is released in very small amounts and is not released into the environment. If any mosquitoes survive the initial coating, they will lay eggs, and the larvicide in the water will kill all of them.
Which types of Mosquitoes Are Killed
The Aedes family (Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus) are the most common mosquitoes in yards in urban areas. These mosquitoes are the ones that annoy us and transmit such diseases as West Nile, dengue, zika, chikungunya, equine encephalitis, canine filariasis, yellow fever, and more.
