Monterey's Remuda Full Strength is 41% glyphosate broad-spectrum herbicide. It comes with a surfactant for better penetration and coverage, so there is no need to add a surfactant. It is a post-emergent and non-selective herbicide. It controls many perennial grasses and broadleaf weeds. Since Remuda Full Strength is a systemic herbicide, it enters through the foliage and travels to the underground roots. Remuda with glyphosate is a non-selective herbicide, so be careful of desirable plants when spraying. Even though Remuda provides excellent control for many broadleaf weeds and perennial grasses, it does not work well on nutgrass, malva (cheese weed) and ivy.

How does Remuda work?
After application of Remuda, it takes about four days for young annuals to be affected and seven days or more for perennial weeds. Remuda works fast with warm temperatures. Remuda is not a residual and has no soil activity. Newly germinated weeds will need another treatment. Allow 6 hours before watering or a rainfall.
Remuda Full Strength Rates
For young annual weeds – 2 Tbsp per gal. of water
For general weed control – 5 Tbsp per gal. of water
For hard to kill weeds such as perennials, trees, and bushes – 26 Tbsp per gal. of water
Planting Seeds After Remuda Full Strength Application and Other Precautions
Allow 7 day interval between treatment and seeding.
Spray on a non-windy day so the spray does not drift to desirable plants. Keep pets and animals off the wet spray until it has dried.
