Application | General Application: Apply Nibor-D Insecticide Foam + IGR to surfaces, cracks and crevices, voids, and drains for preventative and remedial control of listed pests. When applying, let the foam remain and dissolve naturally, and do not apply to food contact surfaces. The foam must be in direct contact with cockroaches for the foam to kill them, and the product has no residual efficacy on adult cockroaches. However, the IGR component does have residual efficacy. It will prevent nymphal cockroaches from maturing into reproductive adults for up to six months, except when applied to drains regularly flushed with water. In such cases, reapply the product as needed. Refuse Containers and Trash Chutes: When dealing with refuse containers and trash chutes, the surface of the chute walls and the interior surfaces of trash containers, recycle bins, and dumpsters should be treated. Floor and Sink Drains: Floor and sink drains should be treated by applying the foam directly into the drain and allowing it to rise to the surface. Cracks and Crevices: Cracks and crevices should be treated in potential pest harborages or where pest food sources may be present. Void Areas: The product should be applied directly to void areas. Food Processing and Handling Establishments: Food processing and handling establishments, including federally inspected poultry and meat plants, should only apply the product to inaccessible areas, such as cracks, crevices, and drains, in food areas where exposed food is present. It is crucial not to contaminate food and feedstuff. |
