Prime Source Triclopyr 4E Select
Prime Source Triclopyr 4E Select is an oil-soluble liquid herbicide that targets woody plants, and perennial and annual broadleaf weeds. Readily absorbed through roots and foliage, it controls over 30 annual and perennial weeds, including ground ivy, lespedeza, plantain, thistles, and wild violet. It controls over 60 woody brush plants. Triclopyr 4E Select may be applied as a basal bark treatment as well.
When used as a foliar spray, it only affects these types of woody plants, which are fully leafed when applied, or herbaceous plants that have emerged from the ground. Apply Triclopyr 4E to turfgrass on industrial sites, non-crop areas, non-irrigation, ditch banks, rights-of-way, rangeland, grass pastures, forests, wildlife openings, and CRP land.
As a selective herbicide, it is perfect for selected brush and small tree control for fence line maintenance and pasture regeneration and for bushwhacking weeds and brush that keeps coming back.
Mixture/ Rates
- Mix 3/8 to 3/4 ounce of Prime Source Triclopyr 4E Select per 1000 square feet in enough water to provide uniform coverage of the target area; apply at any time broadleaf weeds are susceptible.
- Note: Do not apply more than 2 quarts per acre or 1.5 ounces per 1000 square feet of Prime Source Triclopyr 4E Select in a single application.
