Formulated with 0.2% bifenthrin, this professional-strength granular insecticide helps reduce pest activity before insects migrate indoors.
The unique sand-core granules spread evenly and settle deep into turfgrass and mulch, allowing for consistent coverage and improved contact in the areas where insects live and travel.
Ideal for broadcast lawn applications or perimeter barrier treatments, Talstar PL helps establish a dependable protective zone around your home or property.

When to Use

Yield & Application Rates
- No mixing required, apply dry granules only.
- 25 lb bag covers approximately 5,000–10,000 sq ft depending on rate.
- Broadcast lawns: 3–5 lb per 1,000 sq ft.
- Do not exceed 200 lb per acre per year (broadcast).
Retreatment
- Reapply as needed based on pest pressure.
- Inspect areas every 4–8 weeks during peak activity.
- Do not exceed maximum annual application limits on the label.
Safety & Use Restrictions
- Federally approved; restricted in AK and limited to licensed applicators only in AZ.
- New York: Do not apply to turf within 100 feet of lakes, rivers, streams, or wetlands.
- Safe to use around children and pets when applied according to label directions.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during application.
- Keep people and pets out of treated areas until 24 hours after application.
