UP-Star Gold effectively controls a range of pests, including bluegrass weevils, fire and carpenter ants, armyworms, billbugs, black turfgrass Ataenius, centipedes, chinch bugs, cutworms, crane flies, fleas and larvae, leafhoppers, mealybugs, millipedes, mole crickets, pillbugs, sod webworms, sowbugs, and ticks.

Application Rates
For general lawn treatments: apply 2.3 to 4.6 lbs. of UP-Star Gold Granular Insecticide per 1,000 sq. ft. (or 100 to 200 lbs. per acre).
For ant mounds: apply 1/2 cup of product per mound, then drench with 1-2 gallons of water.
Perimeter applications: use 2.3 to 4.6 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.
Spot applications for industrial sites: require 2.3 to 4.8 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.
