Alligare Diuron 80DF
Alligare's Diuron 80DF is a dry flowable herbicide with 80.0 % Diuron as its active ingredient. It controls many annual and perennial grasses as well as herbaceous weeds. It is labeled for selective weeds in certain crops and non-selective weed control on non-cropland areas.
Pre-Emergent: As a pre-emergent, Diruon 80DF may be applied for emerging weeds when they are at an early stage before they compete with the crop. If favorable moisture conditions continue, it will continue to control weeds for an extended time. Conditions such as rainfall, amount of chemical applied, soil texture will affect the degree of control and duration. Best results occur if irrigation or rainfall occurs within two weeks of application. If weed seedlings start to break through, a post-emergent herbicide application and or cultivation may be required.
Emerged Weeds: Best results are obtained on succulent weeds under conditions of high humidity and temperature of 70°F or higher. A surfactant will enhance the performance of Diruron 80 DF by increasing contact.
