Product Information
BlueMax Meal Bait-Long-Lasting
Liphatech's BlueMax Meal Bait is a highly effective second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide with a unique dimethicone formula. When it comes to long-lasting bait, BlueMax is the go-to choice.
Its mold inhibitors are incorporated into these meal formulations, keeping them stable.
Approved For Burrow Baiting
Bluemax Meal Bait is approved for burrow baiting. BlueMax's low crumb and low scatter formulation and palatability are the ideal solution to meet the most stringent requirements.
All-Weather Bait
BlueMax Meal Bait is an all-weather bait suitable for indoor and outdoor use in wet or dry areas. It kills roof rats, house mice, Norway rats, and even warfarin-resistant house mice within four to five days from the first dose, making it a cost-effective and efficient choice.
Top Features
Made for burrow baiting: Meal formulation works well in rat and mouse burrows where non-targets can’t access the bait.
Pro-grade active: Difethialone 25 ppm (second-generation anticoagulant); Vitamin K1 is the antidote.
Resists spoilage: Includes mold inhibitors for damp or variable conditions.
Confirms consumption: Blue marker dye may appear in droppings to verify uptake.
Flexible placement: Bulk meal lets you tailor the amount to each site and device.
Stays put in burrows: Less likely to be pushed out by Norway rats, so more bait gets eaten.
Corners and concealed voids (incl. wall/floor voids where allowed)
In or adjacent to active burrows (place ≥6 in inside)
Areas showing rodent signs within 100 ft of structures
Application
Survey & prep: Remove competing food sources. Place stations where rodents travel—along walls, in corners/voids, near gnaw points, and at active burrows.
House mice: 1/4–1/2 oz per placement every 8–12 ft (up to 2 oz in heavy activity). Keep fresh bait available for ~15 days or until activity stops.
Rats (Norway/Roof): 4–16 oz per placement every 15–30 ft. Maintain fresh bait ~10 days or until activity stops. For burrows, place bait ≥6 in inside active burrows; do not broadcast. Use only in and within 100 ft of man-made structures.
Service: Replace wet/soiled bait promptly. Collect and dispose of carcasses and accessible bait while wearing waterproof gloves.
Prevention: Reduce food, water, and harborage. For ongoing pressure, keep permanent locked stations in place and replenish as needed.
Retreatment
Repeat treatments as needed when pest activity is detected.
