Pro pest Clothes Moth traps are ready to use traps that have the lure the webbing clothes moths to protect woolens, Persian rugs, furs or other fine fabrics. It contains a natural sex attractant that lures and captures the male moths. Eliminating the male moths will stop the reproduction of these moths and decrease the population. These traps are "pre-baited", with the pheromone lure; easy to use. Each pack contains two traps.
Do not use more than 2 ProPest Clothes Moth Traps at a time. As with all pheromone traps for both clothes and pantry moths, an excess of the pheromones will cause confusion in the male moths. They will not land on the traps when this happens.

ProPest Clothes Moth Trap and Webbing Clothes Moths
This trap has a lure that only attracts the Webbing Clothes Moth (Tineola bisselliella). The Casemaking Cloth Moth would require a casemaking lure trap that has a lure for casemaking moths. For additional protection, use an aerosol like D-Force Aerosol or D-Fense SC. Spray into cracks and crevices in the closets, around door frames and baseboards in the infested rooms.
The Webbing Clothes Moth (T. Bisselliella) is the most common of the clothes moths. It is a small brown moth that feeds on animal and natural products like woolens. Reading "Get Rid of Clothes Moths", will help you with the necessary steps such as cleaning and inspection to understand and eliminate fabric pests like the webbing clothes moth.
These traps may be placed on top of shelves or cabinets, or hung from the ceiling in infested area. It is critical to use only 1-2 traps/per room at a time. If you have too much pheromones in the the room, it may confuse the male moths, and they will not be able to find the trap.
Remove protective paper from the "pre baited" glue trap and fold as indicated on the scores of the trap

Tip:Trapping alone may not completely eliminate the Webbling Clothes Moth population, particularly in a well established population. Continue to eliminate the source of infestation, put out traps and combine with an insecticide treatment like Temprid Ready Spray, Bedlam Plus or D-Fense SC.
