Ditrac Blox is a very good maintenance rodenticide for rats. Ditrac Blox is labeled for mice but I would not recommend it. Ditrac is a multiple-feed bait. The mice have to eat almost 25 grams for a lethal dose. That is a lot of food for a little mouse; they may not eat the required dose. You might want to consider Final soft bait as an alternative rodent bait for mice. They love it, and it takes very little to kill them. Final is a single feed bait (single dosage for a lethal dose).
Product Information
Ditrac All Weather Blox
Ditrac Blox rodent bait is made with the palatability of a meal bait but with a particular extrusion method that produces a hard, multiple-edged bait. This multiple-edge feature increases the attractiveness of this bait because it encourages "gnawing". The Ditrac Blox, with its multiple edges, gives the rodent something to "chew on"! Dirac Blox is manufactured by Bell Labs with enhancers and food-grade ingredients for optimal rodent acceptance since repeat feedings are required for success. Bait shyness is not a problem with Ditrac Blox.
Ditrac Blox is authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
It is colored green for easy recognition.
The safety factor for non-target animals is high with Diphacinone due to the need for repeat feedings since it is classified as a multiple feeding bait. The antidote, Vitamin K1, is also readily available.
Where to use Ditrac Blox
This all-weather bait has a wax coating for baiting uses in a variety of locations. It is easy to fit Ditrac Blox into burrows and tight-fitting places because the sizes of the 1 oz pieces are small. As an additional feature, each blox comes with a center hole to use in bait stations that are outfitted with securing rods. As an all-weather rodent bait, Ditrac Blox works well in moist or damp locations where other baits may break down or spoil.

When to use Ditrac Blox
Ditrac Blox is a multiple-feed bait. Multiple feed baits are ideal for maintenance situations or monitoring for new rodent activity. It takes multiple feedings for a lethal dose in order to kill a rat or a mouse. Use Ditrac Blox as an economical alternative to single-feed baits when the rodent infestation is not critical.
Ditrac Blox may be used around homes, farms and industrial buildings. May be used within 100 feet of man-made structures. Fence and perimeter baiting,
beyond 100 feet from a structure is prohibited. This product must not be applied directly to
food or feed crops.
