Invade Bio Drain Gel Treatment - Attacks Scum and Organic Debris
Invade Bio Drain Gel Treatment with a natural lemon-citrus scent is a thickened probiotic gel cleaning formula for direct application to drains. It works more effectively in areas like drains with organic matter and moisture than simple chemical cleaners.
The effectiveness of this green-zone product is due to its premium natural microbes and citrus oil. The natural microbes and citrus oil are powerful probiotics that digest any organic debris in your drains when they come in contact with the Invade Bio Drain Gel.
As a green zone product, it contains no harsh chemicals or fumes. It will not harm septic systems or municipal water treatment plants.
Invade Bio Drain Gel is versatile. It may be used in mopping applications, hand pump sprayers, power sprayers, and hose-end sprayers.
Invade Bio Drain - End Uses
Invade Bio Drain Gel may be used in homes, bakeries, hospitals, restaurants, and food processing areas. It is also effective when used in mopping applications.

Invade Bio Drain Gel - Enzymatic ActivityThe microbes used in InVade Bio products are a multiple-spore blend designed to provide exceptional performance over a wide range of organic waste-related applications, including drain line and grease trap treatment, hard surface cleaning and deodorizing, septic and waste treatment, and carpet and fabric care. The strains were selected for their superior enzymatic activity against specific substrates including proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Their combined synergistic value is demonstrated in enhanced cell growth, germination rate, and effectiveness over a wide range of organic substrates. These strains are effective at a temperature range of 38-145 °F. In laboratory tests, the microbe counts double in 20 minutes when in contact with their food sources. They will perform in a pH range of 4.5 to 8.5. They are stable for two years if stored in the range 35-95 °F |

For Use : | Residential and Commerical Sugar Snakes in Drip Trays-Restaurants, Food Service, Convenience Stores Invade Bio Drain Treatment may also be used in soda fountain drip trays to prevent or minimize something called "sugar snake". Sugar snake is a polymer that grows in drains where sugary drinks constantly drain. In the second stage, the polymer elongates  and crystallizes to a rigid, hard, cellulose microfibril. When left untreated, these polymers "grow" and choke drain lines in Ice & Beverage Dispenser (IBD) machines. The consequence of sugar snakes not treated are costly drain line backups and foul, vinegar-like odors. Also, sugar snakes contribute to poor sanitation. Sanitation is critical for any pest control measure. Each year, fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and other foodservice facilities incur expensive emergency plumbing bills to clear clogged IBD drain lines. |
