Product Information
Maki Paraffin Blocks
Paraffinized 1 lb. blocks labeled for sewers, steam tunnels, outdoor stations, and other places where moisture causes the bait to spoil quickly.
Formulated with bromadiolone (50 ppm), a second-generation anticoagulant, Vitamin K1 is the antidote.
Scored for easy separation into eight, 2 oz. bars.
Identifying Treatment Zones:
It is essential to locate areas where rats and/or house mice will likely consume bait. Typically, these zones are found near walls, chewed openings, concealed corners, inter-floor or inter-wall spaces, alongside burrows, or in spots where rats and/or house mice have been spotted. Minimizing alternative food sources is crucial.
Application
The blocks must be scored and broken into 2-ounce pieces.
Mice: For house mice, one piece of the 2-ounce bait should be placed every 8 to 12 feet, with a continuous supply of fresh bait provided for 15 days or until signs of activity cease.
Rats: Rats require two to eight pieces of the 2-ounce bait to be placed every 15 to 30 feet, with a continuous supply of fresh bait provided for 10 days or until signs of activity cease. It is essential to follow these directions to effectively control mouse and rat activity.

Additional Info
To prevent harm to children, pets, domestic animals, and other non-target wildlife, bait should be applied in areas out of their reach or in bait stations resistant to tampering. These stations must withstand destruction by young children and dogs and should be used to prevent accidental contact with the bait. To prevent bait from being accessed by young children, units should be secured or immobilized if the bait can be easily shaken from the stations. For areas that are accessible to potentially destructive animals, such as raccoons or bears, or are prone to vandalism, stronger bait stations must be used to ensure the safety of both wildlife and humans.
