Lethal Dosage in One Night
Norway rats and house mice can ingest a lethal dose of poison in just one night's feeding, and the first dead rodents typically emerge four or five days after feeding begins.
Follow-up: To effectively address contaminated or spoiled bait, it is important to replace it immediately and dispose of any visible dead animals or accessible bait with waterproof gloves.
Additionally, limiting food, water, and harborage sources for rodents can discourage re-infestation.

| Application | Selecting Treatment Areas: Identify locations where rats and mice are most likely to find and consume the bait. Focus on areas such as along walls, corners, behind objects, between floors or walls, gnawed openings, near burrows, or anywhere rodent activity is evident. For best results, remove other accessible food sources to ensure the bait is most attractive. Mice: Apply ¼–½ oz of bait per placement, spacing placements 8–12 feet apart. In areas with heavy mouse activity, increase to up to 2 oz per placement. Maintain a constant supply of fresh bait for at least 15 days or until mouse activity stops. Rats: Apply 4–16 oz of bait per placement, spacing placements 15–30 feet apart. Keep bait fresh and continuously available for 10 days or until rat activity ceases. |
