Rats and mice are not a lot different than we are. They like to feed where they are at ease. For rodents, this is most likely a dark or cluttered area inside. Outside, feeding areas may be around fence lines or around plants. Since rodents do not see well, they travel along walls and natural edges. These are ideal locations for Protecta RTU Mouse Bait Stations.

If you order 10 RTU bait stations, you will receive one key. Every case of 12 units includes one key. Extra 2 prong keys may be ordered separately.

Protecta RTU Mouse Bait Stations Features
- Small, triangular shaped, the RTU holds 1 oz (28g), 20g, and 15g BLOX baits. With angled entry holes, it fits flush against a wall or in a corner where mice travel. The interior baffles lead mice to the bait.
- Protecta RTU measures 5 1/4" (l) x 1 1/4" (h) x 3 3/4" (w). It fits in tight baiting places under pallets, in cupboards, or behind appliances.
- This tamper-resistant bait station automatically locks when closed, keeping bait away from intruders. It locks with a two-prong locking device that automatically snaps lock, making it tamper resistant and safe from children and other animals.

- Amount of Bait Held
The Protecta Mouse Bait Station has four prongs to hold up the bait and can hold 4 oz bloxes. These prongs will secure the bait, elevating it from moisture. This will help the bait to last longer. The Protecta RTU Bait Station will hold only 1 oz blox. - Use of snap traps inside the bait station. The Protecta RTU is too small to house a snap trap. The Protecta Mouse Bait Station will hold the Mini T Rex Snap Trap. The typical Victor Mice Snap traps are too high in measurement to fit inside this bait station.
- Measurements of the Protecta RTU and Protecta Mouse Bait Stations. The RTU is smaller in size and will fit in tight-fitting places well. The triangular shape fits well in the corners.
